What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Specific inclusions vary by service type — sunset cruises include premium beverages and snacks, while corporate charters provide conference amenities and professional catering services.
How far in advance should I book?
For best availability, we advise securing your reservation 2–3 weeks prior, particularly during the high season from May to September. If you're organizing a corporate event or personal celebration, consider booking 4–6 weeks ahead to ensure availability and customization time.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
We prioritize safety. In case the captain concludes the weather conditions are hazardous, we'll propose an alternative charter date or issue a full refund. We closely track weather forecasts and will reach out to you if the outlook is doubtful 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, you may bring your own cuisine and drinks aboard. Nonetheless, we also offer outstanding catering services tailored to your tastes. Kindly note, for safety purposes, glass containers are not allowed onboard.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
Our aim is to accommodate all passengers. Several of our yachts are more accessible than others. Discuss your specific requirements with us during reservation, and we will suggest the most suitable vessel and organize necessary accommodations.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel no later than 72 hours before departure, there's a full refund. Cancellations occurring between 24 and 72 hours prior to departure will be refunded at 50%. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable, outside of weather concerns or mechanical complications on our end.
